0919 - Forest Bathing

This 90-minute experience blends the mindfulness practices of forest bathing and sound bathing (no actual bathing involved!). Through sensory-based time outdoors, and through the restorative sounds of crystal bowls, you’re invited into a state of presence, curiosity, wonder, and calm. Research suggests that both time in nature and sound-based relaxation can help reduce stress, improve mood, and enhance overall wellbeing. No experience necessary. Just wear comfortable clothing, bring a chair or blanket/yoga mat to rest on, and a willingness to slow down. You’ll likely leave feeling more grounded, refreshed, and connected—to yourself, to the natural world, and to the present moment.

Note:

Bring your own mat!
