Resident Audit

Important Notice: Resident Status Audit Required beginning November 3, 2025
 
Dear Grandview Heights and Marble Cliff residents,
 
To ensure fairness and the accuracy of our Parks & Recreation RecDesk registration system, we will be conducting a resident status audit this fall. On November 3 at 9:30 am all current accounts in our registration system (RecDesk) will be reset to “non-resident” status. This means that before you can receive resident discounts or early registration and facility reservation privileges, you’ll need to verify your residency. Please note you MUST prove residency prior to registering for programs as there will be no refunds.
 
How to verify your residency:
You can stop in the office or register online for our 2025 Resident Audit and upload your documentation. Proof of residency can be established with a variety of documents, such as a utility bill, W-2, bank statement, or a lease agreement. Other acceptable forms include a government-issued ID, voter registration card, a property tax receipt, or car insurance documents.
Once verified, staff will update the account, and other household members, to “Resident” status so you can continue to enjoy discounted rates and early access to programs, season passes and facility reservations. Only one person per household will need to prove residency; other household members will reflect that status.
